Spotted ol’Barrel Ingredients:
60ml Forty Spotted Winter Release
15ml Liqueur de Chataignes
5ml Maple Syrup
Directions:
Build in mixing glass and stir to chill (max 10 rotations)
Strain over a large cube into a double old fashioned glass
Garnish with a burnt orange twist
NB: the orange twist should be slightly charred on the edges and all citrus oil massaged out for best results.
